Is there a special way to clean my shaver?

After each shave you should clean your VelvetShave by removing the foil and blades and brush out the cutting area. The blades can be cleaned with a damp cloth and must be well dried afterwards. Once a month place a drop of sewing oil or machine oil on the inside centre of the foil, re-attach the foil and turn the shaver on for a few seconds this will help to distribute the oil across the blades evenly.
